Dental surgeons and implant specialists need tools they can count on to provide patients with excellent results. Whether you’re an experienced implant specialist or a new surgeon starting your practice, well-designed instruments can help your procedures go smoothly.

With 70 years of instrumentation experience, Karl Schumacher provides surgical kits that meet the needs of practitioners of all experience levels. These instruments are hand-finished by expert craftspeople, so you can feel confident that you’re receiving tools of the highest quality.

At Hiossen® Implant, we offer three different Karl Schumacher surgical kits for use in dental implant procedures.

1. Karl Schumacher Simple KitSimple Surgical Kit

The Karl Schumacher simple surgical kit is a small selection of surgical tools designed with the needs of an experienced clinician in mind. The stainless steel tools in this kit aim to provide greater accuracy and visibility during implant procedures, so they can fit in alongside your existing tools or find a place as your primary set.

The simple kit contains nine instruments, including a periosteal elevator, Crile-Wood needle holder and Oschenbein chisel, all of which fit conveniently inside a compact carrying case.

The Karl Schumacher basic surgical kit offers many of the same benefits as the simple kit, with more instruments to provide enhanced surgical precision. In addition to the nine essential tools included in the simple kit, this collection contains 20 other surgical tools selected to complement Hiossen implant systems and perform well during difficult procedures.

The instruments included in the basic kit can assist clinicians with soft tissue management, suture placement, socket debridement and hard tissue shaping.
